Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tetrahedron Group Ltd, trading as Infinity Leads("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through infinitybathrooms.co.nz(the "site"). We're a New Zealand company, and this policy is written to be consistent with the Privacy Act 2020. It's general information, not legal advice, and it applies specifically to this site.

1. What we collect

When you submit a free quote request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, street address and suburb, the service or services you're enquiring about, whether the project is residential or commercial, job detail answers you provide in the wizard (such as bathroom size, current condition, scope of work, and timeframe), and any details you choose to add in the notes field.

When a business registers through our provider page, we collect the business name, contact name, phone number, email address, trade type, coverage area, and any notes provided.

Every form submission also carries a small set of tracking and attribution metadata: the page URL and path you submitted from, your landing page and referrer, ad-click identifiers if you arrived from a paid campaign (such as a Google gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or Meta fbclid), any UTM campaign parameters in the URL, your browser's user agent, and the date and time of submission. This is captured automatically when you visit the site and is submitted alongside your form details. We use it to understand which marketing channels are working and to avoid double-counting the same visit; it is not used to identify you personally beyond what you've already provided in the form itself.

We may also collect standard, non-identifying website usage data, such as which pages are visited and general location at a city or country level, through ordinary web analytics. We don't use this data to build a profile of individual visitors.

2. How we use it

Quote request information is used to match your enquiry to one vetted bathroom renovation specialist covering your area and the service requested, and to pass your details to that specialist so they can contact you. Provider registration information is used to assess coverage and get in touch about available leads.

We also use submitted information for ordinary business purposes: record keeping, responding to enquiries, and improving how the matching service and its marketing work.

3. Who we share it with

For quote requests, we share your details with the single specialist your enquiry is matched to. We don't sell or share your details with a broader list of businesses. We also use third-party service providers (such as our form processing and hosting infrastructure, and analytics or advertising platforms like Google) to operate the site and measure how it's performing, who handle data on our behalf and only as needed to provide that service.

We don't share personal information with the other sites in the Infinity network (infinityleads.co.nz, infinitytreecare.co.nz, infinitypestcontrol.co.nz, infinitysecurity.co.nz, infinitypainters.co.nz, infinitylife.co.nz) unless you've separately submitted information to one of those sites directly.

4. How we store and protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse, including restricting access to the systems that store it. No online system is completely risk-free, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't treat that as a reason to collect more than we need.

5. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask for access to personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's wrong. We don't publish a contact email or phone number for this site (see our terms of service for why), so to make a request, use the contact page and submit a free quote or provider enquiry noting that it's a privacy request; we'll route it correctly on our end. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

6. Cookies

This site may use basic cookies or similar local storage to keep it functioning correctly (for example, remembering where an ad click came from between page views) and, where used, standard analytics tools to understand overall site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as well if you do.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
